We went here seeing all the good reviews but it turned out to be a total fraud company. They told us the cost after opening up the laptop and making the 'diagnosis' and we agreed to it. Later they called to say it would cost more to which we asked to not repair and return the laptop to us. Then they agreed to do it in the said cost. They kept the laptop for weeks and when we called to ask for an update, they said they could not do it in the states cost.

We finally lost our cool and asked them to return the laptop. Now I'm worried if everything is still original or they robbed the parts of my mac. Absolutely unreliable and terrible service.

This company is a complete fraud! Their receptionist Ms Nisha makes false commitments and keeps raising the repair rates over call after committing a different rate earlier.

Please do not go by their good reviews. Once they take your laptop, they will not return it and Ms Nisha will keep calling you and increasing the rate for repair. This is a complete scam and betrayal of the trust of customers.

This company is a complete fraud! Their receptionist Ms Nisha makes false promises and keeps hiking the rates for service. They first promised to repair our macbook for Rs 5000 within 2-3 days. When we did not hear back in the timeline, Ms Nisha called and said the price for repair has now gone up to Rs 6500. We said no and told them we wanted to collect back the laptop. They refused to return our laptop and said they have to get it back it back from their lab and it will take another two days. By now our patience was running thin, but we agreed. Next day Ms Nisha calls again and says that they can actually repair the macbook for Rs 5000 but it will take a week's time. At this point, we were already quite frustrated, but we agreed. Then we receive a call after one week and Ms Nisha had the audacity to say that the macbooj has still not been repaired as they cannot do it within Rs 5000. Is this a joke?

Please do not go by their good reviews. They are sharks trying to deceive their customers. Once they take your laptop, they will not return it and Ms Nisha will keep calling you and increasing the rate for repair. This is a complete scam and betrayal of the trust of customers. After all this, when I tried calling their owner Mr Prabhas- he refused to take my call as well. What a SCAM!
